Pros: Pay is usually very competitive compared to other industry leaders.
Benefits packages are very competitive compared to other industry leaders.
Cons: The changes are constant and don't make sense. For instance, they will phase out a role, but before they finalize this (all while not being transparent with those to be affected by the decision), they will continue hiring for the soon-to-be-obsolete role. Management consistently fluctuates, making those under this guidance feel as though they are regularly restarting at square one.
