A recruiter contacted me to discuss potential fit over the phone, then administered a coding questionnaire.
Following that, there were two more phone interviews with short coding exercises.
So far, so good. I was then asked to come onsite for an interview. The day began with a 15-20 minute presentation, followed by six one-on-one interviews with senior engineers.
The interviews covered electronics, coding, and general firmware design questions.
One interviewer became aggressive and condescending about one of my projects, though I remained as professional as possible. He was arrogant and close-minded with a horrible attitude, even though I genuinely knew what I was talking about.
The other five engineers were very enjoyable, and the overall experience was good. However, they ultimately decided to move forward with another candidate.
