The interview process was very slow and painful. I had five hours of back-to-back interviews, with a significant focus on database and system design questions, and not much front-end coding. Additionally, the recruiter was not very responsive.

Pros: Always on your toes. Never have a boring day. So much to learn, and a really open floor plan where everybody collaborates.
Cons: Onboarding needs to be more thorough. It's hard to ask for help when you don't even know what you don't know that you should ask for help on. Very, very long hours.

Cons: Too tiring. 100% concentration and work overtime with no pay. Mentally and physically exhausting.
Bad cafeteria, no subsidy on food.
No free mug, bottles, or t-shirt. Very stingy.
