I interviewed with both the hiring manager and a mentor.
In the first round with the manager, it was a casual conversation. He shared a lot about his own career path and didn’t ask any technical questions.
In the second round, the mentor asked some domain-specific and logical thinking questions. There weren’t any right or wrong answers; he was more interested in understanding how I think.
Overall, they were both very friendly and respectful during the interviews. However, I didn’t make it to the next stage.
