The recruiter called me directly to talk about the role.
I was sent a test, which was to be completed in a week. I finished it four days later.
It's been two months, and every time I contact the recruiter, he says the team is still grading, and then there's no reply for three weeks.
Very unprofessional and incompetent recruiters. I'm so disappointed that they can't even grade the test for a candidate they literally called in the middle of the day!

The test was given and completed. There are no test results yet. I'm only being told that the team is still grading.
