Great Mentorship, Decent Offices

Pros: Most teams have very good mentorship for interns.
An open office layout with a good culture to ask for help or meet with people impromptu, and only when actually necessary.
Cons: Mostly 9 or 10 a.m. to 6 or 7 p.m. workdays, so not for everyone. Housing close by is pretty expensive. If you're into free snacks/food, options are pretty lackluster at Tesla, but hopefully those savings were at least partly passed on to employees at the compensation stage.
