Process

  1. Phone interview with HR.
  2. Technical/Behavioral Interview with team manager (Online, Microsoft Teams).
  3. Technical/Behavioral Interview with Senior Engineer.
  4. Knowledge Test (Paper test, robotics, and programming).
  5. 30-minute presentation + Round Interview (1-on-1, total of 5 rounds, with staff engineers).
  6. 20-minute 1-on-1 interview with department executive.
  7. Received email offer.

The entire process took roughly 5 months. The HR team was nice and guided me through the process professionally.

Just remember to push them if you have a tight schedule.

For the robot paper test, they want to know if you really know how to use a Fanuc or Kuka robot. No need to worry too much if you have at least integrated one cell with them.

For the programming test, they want to see if you know OOP and how to use it.
