Manufacturing Engineer Interview Experience - Australia
Process
Overseas application.
Two telephonic interviews and one in-person interview were conducted.
I was told after the second phone interview that my past/current experience is not suitable for the role available, although I was still asked to attend the in-person interview.
Interview durations:
- 1st Tele: 1 hour 20 minutes
- 2nd Tele: 40 minutes
- In-person: 2 hours 30 minutes
Background checks have been completed.
There is no outcome yet, and I am still waiting. The in-person interview took place three weeks ago.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I have not received a reply regarding the outcome of the interview. I am in limbo.
