Pros: If you want continuous excitement and no boredom, then Tesla is the right place. The pay is just about average in the Bay Area. However, the amount of responsibilities given to interns is amazing. Almost everyone gets to work on something that will have a big impact on the overall process.
Cons: Long hours can lead to burnout after a few months. Low work-life balance if you're part of the Projects Team.
