It was not very tough; the manager was cool and respected my previous experience, which I did not see in my earlier interviews with competitor companies.

The session was more of an interaction than an interview. He asked me what I expect out of the job, how frequently I am looking to connect with him, and finally, just two basic manufacturing questions.
