Good pay for a mfg engineering intern, longer hours (kinda expected for Tesla), good work, decent people.
Depends on what team you're in. My team was good, but it varies. Upper management wasn't my favorite.
One technical interview with the hiring manager, lasting 30 minutes. It was not very tough; the manager was cool and respected my previous experience, which I did not see in my earlier interviews with competitor companies.
The interview was about 45 minutes long. I mostly talked about my experience and projects. They did ask me some technical questions, but they were mostly related to my experience, such as GD&T, drawing, CAD, and machining.
My interview process included: * A 30-minute interview with the manager * Two technical questions * A "Why Tesla?" question Naturally, I had to know the ins and outs of my own projects. The interviewer threw me a curveball about one of my pro
