Pros: Everyone moves fast, and things are done quickly. Anybody you talk to is super helpful and more than willing to share their knowledge.
Cons: Work culture isn't great. Most people stay until 7 p.m. and work insane hours.

Learned a lot about mechanical design processes.
Lots of interns to hang out with.
Good resume-builder.
Cons: Long hours on intern pay can feel overworked at times due to multiple projects piling up. Engineering documentation is little to nonexistent.
