Long hours on intern pay can feel overworked at times due to multiple projects piling up. Engineering documentation is little to nonexistent.
Hire more people, spread out the workload.

Straightforward about past experience and fundamental engineering questions. Also, they gave random scenarios to see how I thought through an issue and handled the situation, even with information I didn't know.
