Pros: The coworkers are excellent, amazing, stupendous, positive, beautiful people and a pleasure to work with all-around.
Cons: The managers are psychotic, and they only care about you as a results machine, not as a human being. Nobody is concerned about the actual quality of the car, only their own careers. There is way too much work in interiors, and it is super cut-throat. The department is ruled by fear from the top-down.

Pros: The mission of the company is outstanding. Everyone embraces the idea of saving the world by cleaning up the planet. We have the drive, the motivation, and the means to do it.
Cons: No striking cons. The only trade-off is the amount of hours spent working. You get very caught up and engaged in what you do, which does tend to eat up your time.
