The process was long and intensive, with lots of attention to detail and hard questions designed to make you work through problems. There were a lot of questions on GD&T and statics.
It required a presentation to begin with, where I had to present something I had designed and explain it fully. That lasted 30 minutes, followed by about eight one-on-one interviews.
