Cons: You're just a number. Your management doesn't care about you as a person or what's going on in your life outside work. I didn't really feel respected.

Pros: Interesting work, lots of hands-on experience, a great team, and direct managers.
Cons: Higher up management direction can conflict with on-the-ground priorities. The stock price fluctuates a ton, making stock grant value variable, and the pace of work can get crazy. It can be hard to catch a break.
There's definitely a culture of "keep working more hours, and that's all that matters."
