Cons: - Politics has become more common, and Tesla was not known for this. It has ruined good experiences since last year, 2023. - Work-life balance can become imbalanced. Early career individuals can work, but people who prefer a balanced lifestyle may find it tough. - The annual bonus or pay raise structure is the worst in the industry, and managers will never negotiate it. - Favoritism is seen in many organizations, which should not be there, at least in technical teams. This kills enthusiasm and the problem-solving process.
