Pros: At Tesla, you have the opportunity to work with many different teams and wear many different hats. Company culture can be very supportive on some teams and limiting on others. From day one, you should have a career goal in mind and be thinking of ways to make that happen every day. Hard work can pay off here.
Cons: Some teams focus more on company profits and production numbers rather than employee well-being. Tesla will always have too much work. Employees need to set boundaries for themselves for personal time; a lot of people struggle with this and burn out quickly.
