The first interview was 30 minutes, straight into technical questions, resume grilling. This was then followed by a technical write-up, and some other stuff; the whole process took about two weeks.

Pros: Very talented team members.
My team had no overtime hours constraint. I put in a lot of overtime since interns are paid hourly.
Full design freedom over a wide variety of projects meant I got to learn a lot.
Cons: Sometimes can be very stressful, especially when Elon is there.
