The interview process was fairly straightforward.
A recruiter reached out to me about the position, so I had a quick 20-minute phone call with them about my interest.
Next, a second interview was scheduled with the hiring manager that same week, which was all technical. They didn’t ask me one question about my resume, just technical questions about the position.
I was kind of disappointed they didn’t ask me questions about my resume or anything about the company because I wasn’t able to showcase my passion for their goals.
They said I did above average and liked what was on my resume (despite not asking me questions about it), so they made me feel confident. However, when they got back to me, they decided not to move forward.
