To be placed in an internship at Tesla, there is a multistaged interview process.
It begins with an interview with a recruiter, which covers general information, such as:
- Why are you interested?
- What team would you like to work with?
Know your resume.
Then, if you are matched with a team, you will have interviews with different levels of people within that team.
