Pros: Tesla is an innovative company working on some cool projects.
Cons: I would highly recommend avoiding the Fremont design engineering team. They have incompetent managers.
These managers promote their friends while ignoring the efforts of others. The Fremont design engineering team is slow to promote and has a very high turnover rate of employees.
They take advantage of foreign workers who are trying to obtain a green card. I had an abusive manager who would scream at his employees and insult them.
It is a toxic work environment.
You've been warned.
