NVH Engineer Interview Experience - Fremont, California

Process

This was one of the longer interview processes I've gone through.

The process went something like this:

  • Phone screen with Recruiter (1 hour)
  • Panel (phone) interview with the Team and hiring managers (1 hour)
  • Aptitude test (open, note, book, internet, etc.) (4 hours)
  • On-site interview. This should have lasted about half a day. However, several of the interviewers were no-shows. It included a half-hour presentation on a past problem you've solved.
  • Lunch interview with the hiring manager and director (1 hour)

All in all, the process took a few weeks.

Interviewers were great. The Recruiter, however, would take days to get back to email or phone calls.
