Process
The interview process began with an HR screen, followed by a manager phone interview. No onsite interview was conducted due to COVID.
The process should be easy if you know the job you are interviewing for, and if the person you are talking to actually cares to make a communication connection.
Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with called me from the shop floor, using a speakerphone. The call was overwhelmed by every conceivable noise that could be picked up. I couldn't ask for a repeat or a different venue because nothing was audible, and the emails went unanswered.
