Cons: Constantly disrespected for working in the quality department by production leadership.
Favoritism: favorite employees get the good raises, level ups, and promotions.
Hard work is not appreciated.
Unrealistic level up expectations.

Pros: The Company is still fairly new, so there is so much room for improvement. In my experience, there is always someone to take my feedback into consideration.
The stock initiatives are also great!
Cons: The turnaround rate is horrible, so there is always a gap in knowledge in a lot of the areas.
