I had five interviews in total with Tesla for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer position. In the last interview, the interviewer said that it was the final interview and they were pretty positive about me.

Two weeks passed, and I did not get any results from HR. I emailed, and they replied that the interview results were positive.

One more week passed, and again, no results and no feedback. Every time, I have had to reach out myself to get feedback.

Finally, I reached out to someone from HR. They mentioned that the role might be closed due to some organizational and project infrastructural changes.

Now, almost five months have passed, and there's still no result. They have vanished.

What professionalism!

I took three days off to prepare myself for your interviews, and I think I deserved feedback.

They are looking for professionals to hire, but their behavior is not professional at all.

Tesla was one of my dream destinations, but I realized that nothing is as it seems from the outside.

So, my recommendation to you about that company: stay away!!!
