Pros: You meet some pretty smart and passionate people here.
Most people really believe that their work is impactful, and most of the time it is.
Cons: You don't always get all the same luxuries as some other Silicon Valley companies (like free lunch).

Pros: Unlike other tech companies, the interns have a real function other than being an intern doing some (usually useless) intern project. You're integrated into the team as any other engineer.
Lots of interesting, impactful work to do.
Despite being a huge company, Tesla feels like a startup and is very scrappy (not a ton of bureaucracy).
Cons: Pay is low for the SF Bay Area.
HQ is kinda scuffed, but I personally find a charm in this.
