Pros: It's not only engineering, but you'll have to deal with different groups of people in different departments. Dealing with contractors and the pricing of different tools and machinery. You'll also have to get the Twitter app for checking the effects on the stock of this company.
Cons: Weak management system. Programs tend to change and get cancelled often. You might work on something for 6 months, and it might not even get approved at the end. I guess it is like this in most companies in the automotive industry.
