The interview process was very quick and easy. They asked the same generic questions as most employers.
It felt like they were not really sure what they were looking for in a candidate. They also had group interviews scheduled.
I wish it had been more personal and one-on-one.

Pros: Free coffee. That's about it.
Cons: Poor management, discrimination towards older workers, production cost extremely high due to poor work ethics. They blame us older workers for slowing down production. Unfair attendance policy, supervisors pick and choose who gets points on a point system.
