Discriminate against older employees
Free coffee. That's about it.
Poor management, discrimination towards older workers, production cost extremely high due to poor work ethics. They blame us older workers for slowing down production. Unfair attendance policy, supervisors pick and choose who gets points on a point system.
Treat everyone equally. Respect older workers.
Company lacks communication and is very unorganized. We waste more time walking back and forth finding a line or machines that run.
