Pros: Tesla is a great place to get exposure to really high-impact projects. I learned a ton while at Tesla and worked on really high-impact work for my team. However, I found myself working long hours and often on the weekends to keep up with demands. It’s intense, but a rewarding experience.
Cons: Long hours and a very intense and stressful work environment.

Pros: Open culture, all the engineering under one roof. You won't find that in the automotive industry.
Cons: Compensation is less as it is a startup. I didn't negotiate either.
