It was well organized and comprised of three rounds. They interviewed many people for the same role and had a very good HR team.

First round, 3-hour take-home test. Second round, 30-minute presentation and 5-person panel back to back. All interviews were 30 minutes each. Took a week to hear back after the first round.

The process is challenging, with many scenario-based manufacturing questions. The written test has 18 questions within a 1-hour time limit. You must present a great project during the panel interview and ensure you know all the small details. They w
