I received one phone interview. I never got a callback, even after sending three follow-up emails. The interviewer was friendly, and since it was only a first interview, the questions were fairly basic. The interview took about thirty minutes, and I was told I would receive a callback the following week. I never heard back.

Pros: The benefits were very good.
Cons: Everything else. Production was never prepared on the line work. Managers are never on the same page between departments and will use quality techs to do the dirty work. Everyone acts like they are better than you if you work in quality. Be prepared to be thrown under the bus.
