Pros: Good vision, but that is honestly all I have to say.
Cons: You are going to experience what true poor management is like. Employers, do not hire managers from Tesla. You will regret it.

Pros: Very positive, can-do attitude that is infectious. I had left to go back to school and sorely missed the atmosphere. I worked in manufacturing engineering, and it was extremely fast-paced. There was never a dull moment.
Cons: You work long hours to get things done. As an hourly intern, you make a lot of money, but the salaried people are working just as long with no overtime. If your heart is in the future of electric vehicles, then it eases the workload.
