Process
International candidate.
The process was slow, approximately two weeks between each step.
The interview process included:
- Phone interview with recruiter
- Phone interview with hiring manager
- Two Skype interviews with team members
At this point, they flew me in for an on-site interview.
Everybody was very nice and helpful throughout the process. They are willing to work hard to collect the best talent from around the world. The relocation package is excellent.
Apparently, I passed all the interviews, but when my file was passed on to Elon Musk for approval, I was rejected.
