Highly collaborative environment. Lots to learn. Fast-paced.
Long hours can burn out quick if not pacing the right way.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. Called with hiring manager first to talk about the position, my background and a few technical questions, then virtual onsite and did a presentation, after the presentation, had multiple one on one
There was only one interview. I was given rapid-fire technical questions at the beginning, and the rest was behavioral/resume questions. Just talk about your work and project experience, and study up on fundamental engineering problems.
HR sent out a questionnaire that included: * Why Tesla? * Visa status * Location preference This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The next day, a rejection email was sent.
