Able to be involved in as much as I cared to be, full access. Great manager. Great communicative team. Didn't encounter any slackers.
Hectic, unorganized onboarding process. The top brass would visit occasionally and change the priorities for the entire engineering team. It took a while for us all to allocate ourselves back once the priority was taken care of, or at least planned for.
Use more local vendors for your robotic cells. Flying folks in from all over the world made for slow response times once they'd left.
