Control Engineer
I had several interviews, but everybody was nice, and they tried to explain their questions and process. First was HR, then two technical interviews. They want people who solve problems instead of just relying on technical knowledge.

I applied online and then received a phone call from an internal recruiter at Tesla. After a few days, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. They asked technical questions and about my experiences.
