A fantastic place to work if you are single and ambitious. The long hours are rewarded with a lot of ability to learn, responsibility, and very good pay for your experience level. Not a great place if you want an easy, low-stress, 9-to-5 paycheck.
Long hours, almost annual mass layoffs, stressful and tight deadline projects.
Better onboarding, training, and implementation of standards so new hires can get up to speed quickly and take on more responsibility.
