Great place for an internship
Working for Tesla is many engineers' dream, and it largely did not disappoint.
You are surrounded by excellent people, and you will be given a significant amount of authority to make an impact on the company.
I would recommend any engineering student who is seeking an internship to work here.
Some departments don't really offer people to come back. I have heard of people doing an internship for about two years but still not getting an offer.
As a full-time employer, Tesla is not for everybody. It is intense, and not all departments offer job security (people get laid off periodically). Definitely try an internship first and speak with the people there before considering working for Tesla full-time.
