After applying through the Tesla careers website, I had an initial 20-minute phone interview, followed by a 30-minute technical interview the following week. The process was fast-paced, and everyone was very nice.

3 interviews. 1st was with general recruiter - main question, why Tesla? 2nd interview was with a senior engineer who tested you on your aptitude on the role and talked much about your own experiences. 3rd interview was with manager and is chill - th
