Initial phone interview followed up with a written test. The test was a software competency exam consisting of three questions, each with a 30-minute duration. Second, a phone interview with the department manager. Third, an in-person group interview

Pretty standard. Mostly past work history checks. Some technical questions on the system engineering and programming skill set side, but nothing difficult. I thought it went smooth and well, but there was no follow-up.
