Engineering Technician
Typical interview process. Was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview with them, going through my resume etc. They liked what they heard and set up another phone interview with an engineering manager.

Casual, simple, not stressing. Lasted less than expected. Overall a nice conversation, friendly interviewer with experience, female interviewer. For the first interview it was supposed to last 20 min, it lasted 10.
