Pros: Lots of different tasks in the energy R&D side of things.
I get to work with metal and wood fabrications.
I've set up test racks, working with communication and high voltage wiring.
Cons: Engineers and project managers have no sense of planning.
A good chunk of the guys who are supposed to play management roles come straight from school or a different company (basically no hands-on experience with hands-on work).
This means unrealistic timelines.
