HR reached out through LinkedIn. They set up an interview time and date. They did not call and never followed up. This was not very professional. I would have at least appreciated an email explaining why I was jerked around.

I applied through a recruiter. Initial screening round: * Asked to convert UNICODE to string. * Went well, but the interviewer was not willing for questions and discussions. * They wanted me to finish off the code within a given time (10 minutes).
