Management is not equipped to work with interns that need guidance.
Contacted by HR. Initially, I had three interviews over the phone: * First, by HR. * Second, by an Engineer. * Third, by the head of the group. I was then called for an onsite interview and was asked to prepare a presentation.
The interviewer was late. They asked a medium-difficulty question, which was a little bland. However, the interviewer did help me out. I was asked to write a library. I felt the question was worded in a way that was unnecessarily difficult.
Long interview process. Overall, there were 4 rounds of interviews. The process was very technical. In the technical interview, questions were related to: * Solid mechanics * Analysis * Design criteria * Cost analysis * FEA I did not hear back af
