You’re given 3 sick days a year. Any need outside the 3 days and you’ll receive points that lead to being fired. This includes being 1 minute late. There is not enough parking for employees that arrive for C and D shifts. At times, it can feel like high school with petty drama amongst leadership and cross-departments.
Lead by example. COA increases are important to all roles, not select departments.
