Very fast-paced, you lear a lot on the fly, and there are so many smart people there to get help / knowledge from.
Teams that work with suppliers, contractors, or the line can sometimes have unpredictable work schedules, long hours, or late calls/meetings.
I would say it is not very hard; it's fairly simple. I just had my first interview, and the manager was very nice. I was mainly asked about my personal experience and projects.
