The culture amongst the employees is fantastic. People exude passion in most areas of the business. Everyone is approachable and makes an effort to work together. It's easy to take responsibility for a task and get buy-in from the wider team.
Most have not been at Tesla very long.
Compensation does not seem competitive.
Expectation is that you are always on call.
Employee time is considered dispensable, and often long working hours are expected.
