The culture amongst the employees is fantastic. People exude passion in most areas of the business. Everyone is approachable and makes an effort to work together. It's easy to take responsibility for a task and get buy-in from the wider team.

I would say it is not very hard; it's fairly simple. I just had my first interview, and the manager was very nice. I was mainly asked about my personal experience and projects.
